The Future of Tickets Today - GEE's Mission

GEE's mission is to revolutionize today's ticketing industry through the use of technology, inventions and advisory services into an industry that empowers patrons, entertainers, venue owners, and ticket agents to control their own destiny and consume/offer all sporting and entertainment events at a fair price, while also eliminating the unseemly influences of ticket scalping and brokering. GEE's licensed services create a win-win-win situation for all parties involved in the ticketing process through a combination of tremendously improved ease of use, increased convenience and flexibility, substantially improved access and preferences, increased security and increased profits.

A Tremendous Untapped Opportunity!

Tremendous inefficiencies exist in the initial sales channel for ticketing today. It is estimated that the total size of the United State's ticketing industry is $15 billion. However, professor Steven Happel from Arizona State University estimates that the secondary market for tickets in the United States ranges anywhere between $20 - $38 billion! (Source: Stephen Happel, MSNBC article; 09/02/1999) Further supporting the fact that the primary sales channel for tickets to entertainment and sporting events is inefficient is the fact that the entire $20 - $38 billion secondary market consists of only a portion (approximately $7 billion) of the $15 billion primary market!
